12-03-03 Hi ... wanted to let you know that that I find the Maxim "Sensitive" preferable to the original formula, since it seems to trigger less of the "itchy armpit" reaction. It appears to control wetness as well as your original. On my first use I did need to use some generic Benedryl, and with my second use about 4 days later, I've had a bit of ichines but not enough to feel like doing anything about it! Thanks for the opportunity to try it.

12-10-04 Love the new formula. No itching!!! It seems to be keeping me equally dry as the original did. This product has been amazing. I no longer am ruining every new shirt that I buy with sweat stains. YUK...Thanks for this! Let me know how to make the exchange. Kevin Ivey

12-31-03 - The last time we spoke was when you sent me the Maxim Sensitive Sample. I want to thank you for that. I haven't sweat under my arms, and I don't have any irritation either. Also, you recommended that I talk to my doctor about Ditropan for facial sweating. I've been using it for about two weeks, and seems to work really well. I haven't had any major attacks since I started using it. So thanks again. I really appreciate it. Derek

1-04-04 I have been using Maxim Sensitive for awhile now, and I have been very pleased with the results. I no longer feel any burning or itching whatsoever when I put it on at night. I have minimal discomfort that it doesn't hardly bother me at all. It seems to work excellent, just like the original Maxim, if I use it every night. If I miss a night, I usually have a little sweat the next day. I also have to put on a little more to stop all of my sweat. But it is great for my skin, because it is no longer irritated. I will be purchasing more soon. Thank you so much for your help, I greatly appreciate it.

1/30/05 - Hello I wanted to let you know I've used the sensitive for a few days now and it is working perfectly! Last night I put on much more than I needed just to see if it would cause a rash or itching or anything at all really. I'm glad to say that this morning I woke up with none of the above! Thanks so much for switching my bottle of the regular with the sensitive. You can count on my buying more if it! Take care.

4/06/05 - Allow me first to complement you and thank you for your excellent customer service!

I'd also like to rave about your Maxim Sensitive! I have very sensitive skin, and after using the Original Formula Maxim for over a year my skin was very irritated and I developed a rash. I discontinued use of Maxim and went about a week without using any product to control my Hyperhydrosis. Then I received my bottle of Maxim Sensitive. Just like when I started using the Original Formula, Maxim Sensitive took about a week to get my Hyperhydrosis completely under control. At first I would still perspire throughout the day, not bad enough to wet my clothes. I now apply the formula 1 hour prior to bed - allow it to dry - then I add another application 30 minutes before bed. Using this method of application I finally feel "normal!" I do not sweat at all throughout the day! I perspire lightly during workouts and doing things that would make "normal" people sweat. Best of all, my skin does not get irritated any longer. Every-so-often my skin will tingle, but there are no rashes, irritation or pain! The tingle is like a reminder that it's working. Thanks so much for everything!

4/13/05 - Your customer service is outstanding--very quick, very accommodating &
very informative. Really, I can't think of a way that you could improve on your service. You have far surpassed my expectations. That service combined with an excellent product makes CORAD Healthcare a great company to interact with. *Responding in the time frame (less than 2 hours) with an answer to my question was outstanding customer service. **Adding to that response with concern for my situation and an easy solution was really outstanding customer service. ***Following up the next morning with confirmation of your action & additional suggestions for my situation was (sorry for the redundancy) really, really outstanding customer service. I'd like to request that you please pass this along to any of your Customer Service Managers/Directors/VP's/etc. so that they are aware of my experience. B.R.
